Fully Welded Frame to Tongue

A Fully welded frame creates a cleaner overall look of the trailer, concealing and protecting the wiring inside of the welded tubes.

Our Hot Dipped Galvanized trailer is dipped after the frame is welded together making the frame more durable.

Polyester Textured Powder Coating

Polyester Textured Powder Coating is a type of coating much more durable than standard paint coating. Built to withstand harsh weathering for products made to be outdoors.

The Coating is applied by free-flowing spray nozzles as dried powder which is electrostatically charged when sprayed onto material. Then it is baked to create a protective barrier by bonding the coating to the metal.

LED Lighting

LED Lights come with a lifetime warranty free from manufacturer defects,  

LED Lighting causes less downtime then incandescent lighting that burns out. Less Maintenance equals more time for fun. LED Lighting produces less energy.

Tongue Jack on Brake Models

Having a Tongue Jack lets you raise and stabilize your trailer so that it can be attached to the tow vehicle.

Our Tongue Jack is side mounted with a pin style pull handle to swing the jack out of the way when towing.

Grease Zerks on All Hubs

Maintaining your hubs is vital to longevity. Your Hubs should be greased every 12 months or 12,000 miles.

Bearings rely on grease to keep out any debris from causing any premature wear to your hub components. With Zerks on every hub you will be able to maintain your trailer easily.

Certification
To be Certified in the National Marine Manufacturers Association you must meet all the guidelines set forth by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). This Includes safety inspectuions for Brakes, Winches, Lighting, Safety Chains, Couplers, ect.. Setting a Standard to make sure your equiptment will be reliable is at the forefront of our priorities.

The National Association of Trailer Manufacturers is a standard carried on all of our trailers. What they focus on is making sure a trailer meets the all the necessary basic safety guidelines. This ensures proper Lighting, Reflective tape, Running gear, and Documentation. The NATM ensures that all trailers built meet the Federal Motor Safety Standards.
